Urmi Chanda-Vaz

Urmi Chanda is an interfaith research scholar at the University of Wales Trinity Saint, but comes with academic credits in history, culture, religion, and mythology as well. She has been an independent journalist for 15 years, having contributed to India's best publishing houses, and has published academically with Oxbow books too. She is currently exploring the social sector as a peacebuilder, with interfaith harmony as her area of interest and expertise. She works with a few international non-profits, and speaks regularly at public forums.
